Blithering Idiots and "Respect" Schizophrenia?

The "blithering idiot" is at it again with "it's" demands for RESPECT.

What I or anyone else who "alleges" a crime has been committed against them owes the accused as far as what respect would be considered to be (and all I owe anyone in these circumstances) is the opportunity to defend themselves.  That is what the law demands and allows. 

"Respect" for a victim/survivor of a crime or what the law might define as "respect" is the opportunity to report the crime to relevant law enforcement agencies, the courtesy and due diligence afforded by the prosecutor to investigate should compelling evidence exist that in fact a crime has been committed (details matter) and an attempt at an actual prosecution should the results of an investigation warrant it. That of course did not happen.

Once again I suppose I have to stress the importance of the rights of victims, more so than what offenders often seem to believe their rights are - in this day and age there is no end to the type of "advocacy" that is involved in the reform of the criminal justice system to ensure that offenders are not the victims of a miscarriage of justice.

Little if anything is done to ensure that survivors do not succumb to the grievous bodily harm inflicted on their person in the eyes of the law by an offender and those who sympathize, support, collaborate and enable "murder".  

I hope in the future harassment campaigns and "wars of attrition" that allow less morally and intellectually superior and less law abiding citizens to escape the consequences of their actions are charged with murder.  We can go with a crime against humanity and atrocity if an actual LEGAL EAGLE believes it would be appropriate. 

Just my humble opinion but that too is what I would define as "respect" for the law that requires all lives (homo sapiens) be protected, not just those of the professional sociopaths that often even seem to occupy positions of power, often even elected representatives living under the thumb of one that have EVERYTHING EXCEPT THEIR LIVES TO LOSE should their crimes be exposed  (is the "fix always in and can survivors and those that did not ever win?)

To the "blithering idiot(s)" I have trapped inside my mind and body - respectful enough?

My Final Communication with the College of Physicians and Surgeons April 30, 2025 Revised/Updated
