My Final Communication with the College of Physicians and Surgeons April 30, 2025 Revised/Updated

 Highlight "I hope one day you will be exposed for the atrocity you are".  

So sad this is the only "justice" we have access to. A "hope" for the future/wishful thinking

"On January 16, 2025  the Office of the Minister of Health sent me an email that subsequently and mysteriously disappeared advising me to contact you to attempt to resolve the conflict I have had with the CPSM that finally in  2021 culminated in a criminal complaint to the Winnipeg Police Service re: false and fabricated evidence I am aware exists and was used during the investigation and settlement of an "anonymous" complaint against Dr. Wilhelm Kreyes.

Suffice to say, I do not intend to resolve a criminal complaint through some sort of "progressive" process that members of that political party find more acceptable than investigating corruption that ends in grievous bodily harm (the prescription of Trazodone by Dr. A. J. Derocquign, staff psychiatrist, Victoria General Hospital) nor the recording of false, defamatory and incendiary information in a legal document such as a medical record that can be shared without my knowledge and consent (PHIA) that was also cause for alarm.  Without the corrections I might add that VGH concealed.

This is a copy of my final Google review for the CPSM.  I feel it is the only action that I can take to help those in future decide whether the CPSM is a competent, qualified and professionally run organization and whether a complaint against those who intentionally do harm  filed with the CPSM is an appropriate response.

I did call the Office of the Minister of Health to investigate the "disappearing email" and was assured in fact it was sent to my husband's email address.  How ridiculously lacking in intelligence and common sense are those who think there can be any resolution to a conflict when Trazodone, the subject of a class action lawsuit, is involved.  The information re: Trazodone was "shared" with me, unbelievably, by "online harms" following the former Twitter account I shared with my husband.  Communications with those responsible for allowing an unsafe medication into the healthcare system to be prescribed to patients went unanswered.  No words.

Here is a Google review I hope but seriously doubt is for the ages and the future of those of a different generation.  What a disservice you do to those who "trust" you - the life of one who never did any harm ends while you carry on as if it will never matter.  An assault on human dignity is what in reality you are, that of a patient in the healthcare system.

"Three successive government administrations have flatly refused to investigate corruption within the CPSM. I have just forwarded all relevant information re: conclusive evidence from the medical record to the office of the Honourable Uzoma Asagwara and requested it be forwarded to the office of the Attorney General for the Province of Manitoba.

It's been a week and "life is just so busy" isn't it. Of course, no response. No response will always be a response. And after this many years I am quite certain there will never be a response.

Amazing what a bloated system universal health care has become and how much $ to protect just a single sadistic sexual predator with a gun and a license to practice medicine who by the admission of the Investigative Committee itself was "mentally disturbed". Criminal.

"Appendix F Publication - Formal Inquiry "Copy"

"A lady complained to the College that she was caused undue anxiety as a result of the personal attention of her psychiatrist while he continued as her therapist. After a review of the case, the Investigation Chairman was concerned that unusual circumstance existed vis a vis the doctor's own emotional health. The Investigation Chairman met with the doctor and directed him to discontinue such attentions and to seek counselling, The doctor committed that he would do so and the Investigation Chairman received written confirmation that the doctor had complied.

Subsequently, the Investigation Chairman the further data showing that the doctor failed to fulfill his commitment in that his personal attentions, cards and unsolicited communications to the complainant continue beyond the date of commitment.

The matter proceeded to Formal Inquiry which was concluded by a guilty plea by the doctor. The penalty imposed was a period of suspension for 6 months and payment of costs."

Some whose business it's not like to "shine a light on the truth".

The truth? Apparently I was nothing more than my "therapist's therapist". He purportedly suffered PTSD as a result of his service in the German military (WWII). 3 years before I met the man his wife purportedly committed suicide. His own story - the cause of her death was undetermined. 

I'll never know what was true and what wasn't. I was witness to (inadvertently) this man destroying the paintings of his wife, an artist of international repute, Marylouise Kreyes.

Call me a "trainwreck" beyond help was the actual response at the time.

Dr. Kreyes died in 2018 at the age of 95. I first discovered the extent of the deception by those involved at the CPSM because of Dr. A. J. Derocquigny, VGH in 2012.

No one saw fit to tell me he was still alive and there was no statute of limitations on the crimes he committed.

The "helping profession" seems a bit of a misnomer. The Canadian Medical Protective Society and it''s associated institutions definitely are not.

The PR machine for the medical profession spins like a top that never stops.

Quite an endorsement on the part of the municipal, provincial and federal government (those that did not respond) that allows some to live above the law.

Can imagine why when Trazodone was prescribed to patients in the health care system. Quite a neurotoxin.

A male of the species convicted of murder in the USA has attempted to have his conviction overturned on appeal. Apparently his victim ingested Trazodone and that makes a difference why?"

 I am so sorry to continue to bother you, just a follow up.  Funny that online harms that I could connect to those involved in the investigation of Dr. Wilhelm Kreyes (Dr. Maralyn Mackay) as well as to Dr. Randolph Goossen who diagnosed the consequences of ingesting Trazodone as "paranoid schizophrenia" shared information about this particular medication and its toxic effects and thought it a "joke" that there was nothing I could do about it were reported to "relevant authorities" as terrorists.  With that kind of connection to your organization.

Painter, Svein T. Veitdal, members of the World Economic Forum, Planetary Security, Planetary Security Initiative (both connected to Mr. Verbeek), Steve Schmidt, Adam Khan (Hack the Bird, I believe), Gary Ishberg (Canadian - bergg69), Tom McIlroy - so called cyber security expert with connections to the RCMP and the Canadian military, and Mr. Verbeek's wife, the former Ambassador from the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Canada who posted re: experiments conducted by a private for profit research company in the Netherlands using nano psycho pharmaceuticals like Trazodone, satellite technology, quantum mechanics and artificial intelligence "to treat" mental illness and one Robert Young, a member apparently of the American military - all with access to legal documents shared with Manitoba govn't ministers re the type of corruption I am aware that the CPSM is "guilty" of because of computer hacking.  Lucky for you none of them care apparently about the consequences of prescribing Trazodone to patients in the healthcare system in this country.  Or Colin Ross or any other crimes committed against patients in the health care system by members of your organization.  I hope one day (and hope is all anyone can have) that you will be exposed as the atrocity you really are.

I think it best to communicate this type of information to those directly responsible for this criminal travesty of justice as opposed to the artificially intelligent idiotbots who live only in cyberspace.  Can never be sure who reads a Google review.  I wanted this group to.  Meaning those employed by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba.

IN FACT, I was in possession of these "unsolicited communications" but I was not the complainant.  I gave them to Dr. Maralyn MacKay when she asked to see the letters posted from Germany.   She advised that his psychiatrist, Dr. Stanley Yaren was unaware of his patient's activities and needed to see copies of the letters.  She copied the originals and handed the originals back to me (I'm not sure how long before the letters were returned to me).  

I then destroyed the originals as I cared not to keep them as souvenirs of the experience.  As long as the copies existed I felt they existed as an adequate and credible witness to his malicious intent. 

I did not file the complaint and I did not share these letters with the CPSM at any time either the originals or the copies.

Funny, in 2011, Dr. A. J. Derocquigny asked if I still had the letters (the originals presumably).  I replied I destroyed the originals 20 years prior. 

The CPSM to the best of my knowledge DOES NOT HAVE THE ORIGINALS.  I suppose if anyone should have the originals it would have been my legal counsel in the civil litigation.  I am of course aware he did not have.
