Never quite sure whether this hysterically funny long running TV series, featuring an American as the star of the show set in Canada at a "lodge" in the middle of no where (some are in this country, some aren't), was a commentary on toxic masculinity, males lacking in intelligence and common sense, and/or what a true Canadian environmentalist looks like.  Satire is like that, can be very messy, complicated, on occasion, very offensive. When I signed on to this World Economic Forum educational initiative online through their former Twitter account to become more familiar with the issue of climate change, this was a recommended show for a Canadian woman to watch.  Always at the end of the show lodge members recite a "prayer" - "I am a man but I can change if I have to"  Now might be the right time .  If you believe toxic masculinity is a focal point of interest in this episode (may or may not be, not a clue, at the time it was just funny) the title might...

It would have been this last Sunday evening when the blithering idiot(s) communicated to me in it's own very special way that "Groucho Marx" intended to connect with me at Cancer Care, HSC while I attended with my BFF in this shitshow called life for the 3rd of his treatments for prostate cancer.   JHMO but only those familiar with the weaknesses (alternatively a strength  - the Canadian Medical Protective Society) of a system can exploit the vulnerability of lesser mortals in need and/or distress and often seem to have an ulterior motive and hidden agenda for doing so. Even to protect a sadistic sexual predator with a license to practice medicine, a gun and the intention to groom a patient for what he hoped was a "sado-masochistic" sexual relationship. A great deal of time, energy and effort and experience is required by strategists and tacticians to protect this "system", nothing more than the sum of its parts - homo sapiens like that one (and Dr. Colin Ross et al.) Perhaps, just perhaps this particular paragraph at the beginning of the letter is an attempt to ensure that I am aware of his reluctance to respond in this way.  BTW I never requested an "apology", I requested corrections to the medical record.  To my knowledge the records have to this day not been corrected. I asked my BFF in this shitshow called life what his "perceptions and impressions" were of this so called apology.  He responded the entire letter (record) speaks volumes when it comes to issues related to "coerced apologies". Deroquigny declines without a doubt to allow himself to be held accountable and responsible for his blind incompetence and careless disregard for the contents of these records that can be used by those intent on criminalizing, demonizing and vilifying a patient in the mental health care system for whatever reason or otherwise doing harm given the subject matter.

Just curious - "other" could be anywhere in the world and why the interest in the views from Iran.  Have to confess I did have to ask my husband (the guy with the interest in geopolitics to a fault - that perhaps is JMHO) what interest those living in Iran would have in an investigative report by a real journalist living in this country re: crimes committed against women and the failure of law enforcement to respond for 2 decades.  And who might feel safe viewing this kind of "true crime" programming (not embellished in anyway) in Iran.  His response - possibly residing in an embassy or consulate.  I thought possibly VPN. I have read some of the article.  I suppose I could read the rest.  I have had reason to contact this museum in the past about information that possibly could be in their possession concerning certain types of human rights abuses.  No info available.  Fashionable and trendy to finally deal with issues relevant to all women?   I suppose it's hard to "display" except possibly to validate the experiences and names of actual victims, some of who are just "women" as opposed to those belonging to just those groups whose status must be elevated above that of the vast majority victimized by these men.  Never to suggest I am not supportive of elevating the status of those particularly vulnerable.   And exposing the power and influence of high status alpha males, silent influencers with their "cloak of invisibility" able to exploit that vulnerability more so than others. Is this enough proof that this type of neurotoxin was widely prescribed to patients here?  Just a copy (don't worry I have the original)  of a prescription I did not fill as I made the decision to quit the mental health care system and withdraw from all types of psychiatric drugs when I began to suffer respiratory problems and auditory hallucinations.   I had no idea what the "long term consequences" of ingesting a nano psychopharmaceutical could or would actually be.
