I could post a copy of a medical record from HSC authored by Dr. Sammy Barakat from the time I was admitted under her care. Just too overwhelmed by the number of documents I have in my possession to try to find it. Should I choose to believe what members of the intellectual elite have to say with respect to what are apparently commonly accepted beliefs about rape/sexual assault/abuse/harassment...held by for example by solicitous licensed health care professionals, members of the bar (criminal defence attorneys) and even jurors, how could or would I defend myself against this type of institutionalized strategy and tactic for "blaming the victim" should I wish to pursue either a civil litigation or criminal complaint. After a very bad fall in August of 2023,  I attended to a walk in clinic at the Great Canadian Superstore on Bison Drive in South Winnipeg.  The licensed medical practitioner, presumably a physician, diagnosed a rotator cuff injury.   I received a call from the aforementioned doctor advising me to attend to an acute care facility (in this case Victoria General Hospital, the closest). When reviewing the X-ray he discovered a fractured skapula. I attended to this taxpayer funded health care facility.  I was attended by an X-ray technician who exrayed my shoulder, then was escorted to a private room to be seen by the emergency doctor working that evening.  He came to see me fairly quickly amazingly enough and advised he was perplexed by the results of this non invasive medical procedure  He saw no fracture in my sacroiliac joint which the technician indicated existed. It finally happened.  Spoke to a representative from the office of the Minister of Health yesterday.  Did not end well. The third successive Minister of Health in power in this province refusing to investigate the activities/actions of those employed by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba (civil servants) who denied the victims/survivors of so called "professional misconduct" some semblance of dignity by minimizing the type harm a health care professional does cause and marginalizing over and over again his/her (he/she) targets.  Before I hung up on whoever it was that returned by my phone call prior to reading the most recent communication I sent this past weekend, I did say that I did believe in time, but not for many, the type of corruption (a pattern of behaviour) that resulted in a "wrongful conviction" would be exposed again as it was with Stuart Whitley, former attorney general for the province of Manitoba.
