How long exactly has this "harassment campaign" involving endless and mindless mind games on the part of licensed health care professionals been an "issue" in my life.  To be perfectly honest, since that day so many years ago when a cashier in a local grocery store (Janet, Safeway) just out of the blue advised me she was married to the Chief Financial Officer for the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, an organization involved in my dispute with the health care system here.  False defamatory and incendiary information that could affect the quality of health care I may have access to was shared by a Registered Psychiatric Nurse, Mr. Kevin Laliberte with the Regional Health Authority as it is required to be.   Dr. Randolph Goossen sadly, diagnosed the consequences of a iatrogenic injury as "paranoid schizophrenia". I'm really not sure why. Before I was 50 years old I had never experienced auditory hallucinations and no previous psychiatrists mentioned this diagnosis as a possibility. Further investigation of the cause suggests I had ingested psychotropic medication contaminated by "nano technology", "nano particles" that can have devastating physical consequences. Prescribed by a previous psychiatrist w/o my knowledge and consent. I wish Dr. Goossen reviewed my previous medical records - I did. I prefer medical practitioners who believe in "continuity of care" as opposed to those who question the diagnoses of previous doctors. Long story short – accused of “antisemitism” by one who chose to do harm online – a Mr. Alexander Verbeek, self anointed VIP from the Netherlands married to an Ambassador who lived in this country for 4 years. Spurious and vexatious accusation by a man connected to those I publicly exposed as having been involved in the “gang rape” of a patient in the psychiatric system sexually assaulted by a licensed health care practitioner (psychiatrist) with a taste for sexual sadism and a gun, practising among a very vulnerable population. Dragged my mother in down and under.
